Leadership & Vision
The Arkansas Association of High School Officials (AAHSO) is a 501(c) non-profit organization founded in 2010 to elevate the standards of high school football officiating throughout Arkansas. Jimmy Woods had a vision to help football officials get better and to provide a higher quality of officiating statewide. This vision was to provide development, resources, & training at zero cost, recruitment & retention of new officials, and provide assigning services to Arkansas High Schools statewide.

AAHSO works closely with the Arkansas Activities Association (AHSAA) to ensure proper registration and compliance for all our officials. All AAHSO officials must be registered through the AHSAA's Arkansas Officials Association (AOA) to officiate high school games.
